Claire and I went for a couple hours' run today. We started under grey skies as we entered the lush forest. The skies really opened by the time we reached the Valley Lookout. Negative splits (by 20 minutes!) on the return back to the cars...

Are you afraid of heights? Here's an emergency access that allows you to go under, then below, the Granville Street bridge. I would estimate that this ladder begins about 100 feet above ground, and follows one of the pillars of the bridge. You first!
